Two computers, Same ip.

Are you new to setting up a server and need a bit of pointing in the right direction? This is the place to be.

Ok so me and my brother are trying to each others server on two computers in our house. One problamo though, we cant connect to each others servers, it says "Cant reach server". :(
I port forwarded, checked firewall, and look on several pages and couldnt find anything with my problem. Could it be we are using the same router? Same ip? or what? :( :?: :?: :?:

If you wan to. Type in the internal ip address for your computer, or your wifi

Nope not workin. could it be both are computers have the same internal and external IP?
