Why should you join our staff? (needs to be very detailed): I would like to Administrate (keep the community clean, as in kicking griefers and what not if its a bad offense)

What do you know about servers?: My knowledge about servers is quite good, because I have Co-Owned a server 2 times in the past, and have been Admin on servers in my past experience.
Why should you join our staff? (needs to be very detailed): I am a respectful player, using the motto, "Respect me and I respect you". I have dealt with many hackers/griefers/spammers, usually trying to take the fun away from other players. I often spectate on players, looking at each one that might be suspicious of using X-Ray or griefing. If someone asks a question, I will answer. If someone needs help, I will teleport to them immediately. I do however ask first before I teleport, but if it is urgent, it is an exception. If I have to prove myself to be a good staff member, I shall. I do not abuse my powers (such as using an advantage to greif or teleport killing, known as teleporting to another player then slaying them), nor tolerate any other staff abusing as well. I react with a mature personality should someone break a rule, and ask any other staff if punishment should be applied (If it is a minor rule, I give them a warning).
What would you offer to the server? (needs to be very detailed): I would enforce the server rules maturely, and give punishment to any person that breaks a rule. I would build for the server, and keep the server safe.

I often play survival mode, because it is more fun than having to spawn items in creative, however I do go into creative should I want to build a magnificent structure. My time zone is GMT+7.

How many hours can you come on a day?: I can come one about 10 hours a day, maybe a bit more or less but that is the estimate.
Rate your building skill out of 10: I'd give myself a 7-8 out of 10.
Rate your maturity out of 10: I can be immature at times, but who isn't? Saying that though, I'm not always immature, so I'd give myself an 8/10.
Rate your friendliness out of 10: I love welcoming people to a server and just being nice too people. I like joking around with them too, so they feel like their in a nice community.

What do you know about servers?: I used to host my own server, called Transcraft! We focused on rails and other means of transportation rather than tp"ing or tpa"ing. We found that the communtiy on the server was closer than just random people on the internet, we all knew each other. I basically created the server from scratch.
Why should you join our staff? (needs to be very detailed): I think I should join your server's staff because I can relate to a lot of people. I can help people rather than just sit around and do nothing about it. I want to help people start they're new lives(in the server of course!). I want to be different rather than other admins, that don't do anything. I ant a chance to prove myself.
What would you offer to the server? (needs to be very detailed): I can offer many things, one of which would be help. I want to help the server's community and I think which this admin power, I could be of great benefit to reach that goal. I can also offer a skill of building. I myself am a very creative thinker so I could build different things in the server to make it look very nice, after I had my own server so I also have owner's experience. I can also offer previous admin experience on another server. I have a lot of experience dealing with people and managing a server.

Do you know any programming languages?: This may sound bad, but I don't really know any programming languages. I'm more of a upfront kind of guy , I do work with people, not with files.

What do you know about servers?: I hosted a public one a while back... I can port forward, configure plugins, edit permissions, and I'm pretty much a jack of all trades when it comes to computers.

Why should you join our staff? (needs to be very detailed): I would like to join your staff because I love this server. It is small, with an active community, and one that I'd like to be a part of. I want to build something meaningful, like a huge rail network, and have it be used by a bunch of people. I want to make cool stuff for people to see and enjoy. I also want to help out people and give them a shot at building cool stuff. I never abuse my powers and will call out people who abuse theirs. I always try to do what's best for the server as a whole, not what's best for me.

What would you offer to the server? (needs to be very detailed): I can offer my help, my time, and my effort to the server. I can build big bases, and make sure faction wars are epic. I can help people build bases without spawning stuff in. I can code plugins, give advice, and point out exploits in the server. I can even collaborate with other server owners I know and have them pitch in potential anti-cheat plugins that you could use to discourage hacked clients.

Explain any past/present roles on other servers: Moderator on dnrminers.info, moderator on blueshiftxd.zapto.org, owner of my own server, member on a huge amount of servers.

Do you know any programming languages?: Sort of. I can write in YAML, if given a template, and I can code some simple batch, but I don't really do much in the way of programming.

Anything else you want to add (needs to be very detailed): I can speak multiple languages (English and French), both rather fluently. I kind of have a job, which means that I can't be helping around the clock. Some days I might not be on at all, because of how I'm scheduled. However, I won't vanish for weeks, and you'll see me the next day. I have a lot of spare time, and I will devote even more of it if I get this position! As well, I really want to build a giant rail network.
