How it works is like this:
A client gets into contact with me about what theyd like done on the server, and If I am already busy I send a trusted team member that I know can do the job to do it.
They get full credit for their work or payment, depending on what you would charge.

Your prices are up to you. If I you accept a job it is yours and you may only bring in people from our team as you will be representing us. So if you have your own team and would like to join us I allow joint applications.

ANY MONEY YOU EARN FOR THESE JOBS IS YOURS. I just have an impressive workload and a need to make a name for myself.

2. Do not advertise any clients on other servers.
3. Do not take a job if you feel you cannot complete it.
4. Do not ask other team members to assist with a client that I did not approve. Your clients are yours.
5. I don't mind you working on other non team related projects. You don't even need to let me know.
