Experience:(Write about any previous Minecraft and server management experiences you have):So I have been playing Minecraft for almost 4 years now and I have been enjoying all of my 4 years. I have really good experience with plugins, due to the fact that I have rented a McProHosting Server before for about 2 months. I have downloaded many plugins on that server. Such as GroupManager, Essentials, WorldEdit etc. I have experienced being a staff member on a server for 5 days as a trial and became a real staff member on that server but unfortunetly it had to shut down due to not anymore people joining it. I know what each rank is ment for and is their job. I have experienced banning people and muting them many of times.
Tell us about you: (Write about your hobbies, what you study etc.):My real name is Michael and I am specialized in gaming. Mostly Minecraft but my backup games are League Of Legends and CSGO. I also love to make YouTube videos with my friends. I enjoy it a lot and will forever enjoy that. I am a really nice and generous boy and is in grade 7 at the moment. So I am at the moment studying about the ecosystem. It is a pretty interesting thing to study about. Our water is getting more dirty then before! Let's stop that! Anyways aside from that my skype username is: FwlChildesh and I do go on teamspeak a lot it is just at the moment my teamspeak isn't working atm.
Why we should choose you: (Write about why we should pick you and what you can offer to our staff team): I know that I have only experienced 3 days on this server but i already have about 7 hours played in this server and in those 7 hours i have made lots of friends and have made friends with you staff members also. I have had lots of minecraft experience and some kind of Staff experience. I know practically all of the vanilla commands and many of plugins/plugin commands. I think I can be an awesome staff for you guys and hopefully you think of my as a staff also. If I do succeed and make that day trial I would be really happy like anybody else would. This is my first application on this server and if this one doesn't make it through i will be absolutely fine with that. There are always second chances. I’m just looking for helping the server with respect and niceness. I am also very good at telling when people break the rules and deserve the ban or mute. I am very trustworthy also. I know that i will be benefiting the server in some big way. I will be on the server at least for a bit everyday. If only school wasn't invented hahaha. I have actively played on many Minecraft servers over the past 4 years, so I know what is right and wrong with factions servers. I am also very easy to talk to and can usually make friends with you guys in chat or on teamspeak.

A man is cursing at you wildly what do you do?: I would mute him for Staff Disrespect and Flaming (AKA rude comments, curses etc.).
A man is hacking what do you do: Perma Ban
A man is spamming a servers ip and saying that our server is horribel what do you do: Ban him for advertising.
Two Moderators are in an argument about the validity of a player's ban. What do you do?
If I was a higher rank I would calmly ask them what the issue was and see who was answering in the most polite manner. After I see who the calmest person is I would tell them both to stop discussing the situation for a little and it will all be sorted out. If a person continues to go on and be rude I would bring it to your attention that I don’t think the player should be a moderator anymore because of the way they are handling situations. If they both agree to wait I would go to the calmest player and private message them. I would ask them what the situation was and why they think what they are saying is correct. Then I would go to the next player and ask the same thing. I would then check the players ban and see what seems like a more valid way to handle the situation. Then I would pm the players my decision and tell them if they have concerns/issues to message me.
If I was a lower rank and it got completely out of control then I would try to calmly tell them to calm down and stop until a higher rank gets online. If they keep going and fighting I would quickly bring it to your attention ASAP.
You are the single higher staff member online at the time of a large server uproar. How do you calm everyone down?
I would first see if I could seek out the players that are causing the most issues in the situation and mute them for “Instigating Drama” then I would talk to the rest of the players and see if I could get them to calm down! If I couldn’t do it myself (unlikely) I would quickly get in touch with staff right away and tell them there is an emergency and I need them on ASAP!
Another applicant is angry because you received Administrator rank and they did not. What would you tell them?
If this was a situation on the server I would not say I was sorry because you do not want to show the player that you feel week and intimidated. I would just try to motivate them and get them happy again. I would say:
“Its ok [player], there are plenty of more opportunities and I'm sure you will find a great place for you! You can also re-apply soon, and have another chance. I wouldn’t get down about it. I think right now you should enjoy the lovely server and show the staff what a great person you are! :sick:”
