for the past year whenever i turn on my computer i get the following error message

but now the file has finally revealed itself and contains the following

I have the same error, except for me, the script creates a .exe called java-7b instead of 7c. Also, I get an error that java-7b isn't compatible with windows 7 64-bit. I deleted both, but they came back, so I'm afraid just deleting it won't help... Just keep googling!
