Hello all!

I'm looking to add just a couple players to my private vanilla server (one at a time, as an insurance against griefers). We only have 4 players at this point, and they've been a bit lacking in playtime, so I figured it couldn't hurt to reach out for a few more. We have a private Mumble channel as well, which we definitely prefer to use if at all possible. This is a survival server, with very few rules. Basically, don't be a jerk, and you're welcome on the server. Please respond if you're interested!

P.S. We're looking for more mature players, so maybe be at the very least in your late teens. Why? Because I refuse to impose any censorship on our chat/voicechat. If you don't like it when people say bad words, or if you might get in trouble if your parents see/hear bad words on your computer, this is not the server for you. Everyone on the server at this point is in their early 20s, and we'd like to have all our players in the same age bracket. Thank you.

I just added a new player yesterday. Let me have a day or two to make sure he's good for the server (i.e. not a griefer), and then, if you're still interested, we'll get you on. Send me a PM to remind me if you'd like.

As a small update: tomorrow, in light of 1.3 coming out, we will be starting a brand new map. We're still looking to add players. Everyone on the server generally agrees that we'd like players to be over 18 to play. We have very few rules (all of which are common sense rules, such as no griefing), and we'd love to add more players to our community. So if you're interested in starting on our brand new map with us, let me know!

This is exactly what I was looking for! a Vanilla server with a not so big community and mature players. Why? because I don't really match with the average age player (14-15) in virtually all the other servers (I'm 25), you like it or not, we don't look for the same thing and have different motivations... so I'd really enjoy playing and having fun with other players in my same age bracket, as you say it.

I'm relatively new to minecraft, I havent really build anything big or "amazing" yet (I can build more than dirt houses though ).

I don't have any experience as admin/mod or anything similar and I'm not interested on acquiring any neither, so I will not ask it, I just want to play minecraft and have some fun ^^

With respect to the time I devote to MC, it's an average of 5 hours per week, sometimes more though... however, I could login the same moment as you without any problem (I live in a UTC+2:00 zone, Belgium) so that we can communicate more easily.

I can contribute monthly to the server rental or hosting, no problem with that.

Something I should have mentioned before: we all use Mumble on this server, to avoid the "F***ING CREEPER, I WAS TYPING" moments. This is something that we require for anyone who wants to play.

A few sentences about me and my Minecraft experience:
I am 18 years old and from Denmark. I go to school and play music in my sparetime. I haven't played minecraft for about 2 months now but I would like to rejoin the community. I used to play alot of PvP and I played with a few youtubers (Serilum and Crossfire) but I grew tired of immature players and abusive staffgroups on porly hosted servers. Now I am back looking for a more community related server with more of a PvE then a PvP aspect to it. I ususally build PvP related bases such as underground lairs, castles, temples etc. but I also did a fair amount of redstone enginering back in the beta days and some of it I still use today. I think this server would be great for me, and I hope to add something to the server aswell.
