Hi...

Recently, a server I go on was listed on the Server list on PMC...
A tonne of our players have voted for us already, but a fair few of them are saying that their votes aren't going through...

Is this a glitch, or are they doing something wrong?

Our server currently uses Votifier, though some of the people haven't been putting their usernames in. This doesn't seem to be a problem, the not-counting vote seems to be random whether you put your username in or not...

Can someone help me?

They might be typing in PMC names not igns!

They say they're posting their IGNs, so I'm not sure :c

Set up the votifier listeners

We've got/had Votifier listeners and they don't change anything.

You must have Newest Version of Votifier.
You must have vote listener, that is up to date.
When your updating your server on PMC, you must setup votifier page,
tick the box, add the public votifier key, ip and port, and test connection.
your host may not allow votifier connections, you should contact your host support if your using some company to host your server.

Our votifier is working and up to date. It's not a votifier issue, I don't think...
