Want to make an rpg server and need help

Hi everybody,
im really new to making servers, i know how to make a hamachi server but thats it.

I'd really like to make a RPG server like where i can start with my friends and you actually have to level, find villages find armor and weapons and kill bosses and stuff. if possible even make a castle or something where you have to defend it .

can somebody help me with this and tell me detailed how i should start and what i should do in order to achieve this. i hope you can help me.

BTW: im running cracked.
