If you can see, there's a dark wavy line on the house's balcony thing. It moves around when I walk around and change where I'm looking.

The andesite walls have weird line textures.
The glitch can also happen on other blocks.
Does anyone know a solution to make it look normal again?

Looks like something part of mipmapping.

It does that with my computer too. It's when you get far away from something it does that.

It could be you be running out of memory (too much programs running & using memory), close some programs to free some memory.

I don't think that's the case, f3 says I've only allocated 32% of my memory, and all I have open is Google Chrome and Minecraft.

If that is not the case, I could think that it, if you are on a desktop pc, it could be the VSync or mipmapping
