What are the "styles" of MC Skins?
I see many different "themes/styles" on MC skins. Ex:

http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/tough-teen-john/
http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/ors ... on-choker/

I see alot of skins with this kinda eyes and around this "theme" of shading, Along with hair. What is it called? I wish to find more skins in this style.

"Yes let's all complain about teen skins or girl skins because that's never been done before and obviously they're all the same and clog up the site, everyone should make what I want, not what they enjoy making."
Sorry, had to let that out. Anyways, so as to not be off topic, as Knightsunder said there's no real set style aside from those people with recognisable shading/palettes. Aside from that there's all manner of skins, "teen" skins (usually the 4 pixel eyes, bright colours, etc), realistic skins which usually make use of layers to round out sections of the skin, animal skins which don't really need explaining, etc. If you want to practice a specific style I'd suggest experimenting until you find one that works for you and that you enjoy making

There really are no set "style" borders. With the exception of teen skins, most skinners, over time, develop their own recognizable shading.
There are a few basic forms, though; Simple and Gradient come to mind.
But most of the time, if you come across the term "style", it's referring to one skinner in particular, or a specific set of pixels that one skinner popularized (Knobleknives' palettes, Drzzter's clusters, or my "sandwich" [row of 3 pixels with a highlight or dark in the middle]).

I think he may be referring to the style of shading.

Those all (except the star wars one) fall under the "teen skin" theme
