Putting a computer together is like legos. If you can put those together, you can put a computer together. Parts only go in certain places, and don't fit anywhere else. So simple a kid can easily do it.

Also, if you can't put on socks (I'm assuming normal, ankle socks?) then you may want to stay away from driving, and writing... and pretty much anything that requires you to use hand and eye coordination....

Randomness's first build should easily get 60 fps in Minecraft, and the second build would come close to that, perhaps reach it, but it has a terrible upgrade path.

Your build should defiantly run Minecraft smoother.

Keep in mind you'll need to use Linux for either build if you don't already have Windows.

Random is right on every part of his post. Both of those builds are meh, you will do so much better with his two. Personally I'd go with the 260x route because the 260x is still a decent card and will run quite a lot of current-gen games at decent framerates.
However, celeron.... meh. You'll want to upgrade it eventually.

Anyway, I quoted the linux part of his post because there are a lot of anti-linux people, and I wanted to mention that Linux and Windows are both the same difficulty to operate. Linux is obviously more difficult to begin a PC on because you need to install some stuff via the Terminal, but once you learn one code you basically know them all. Sudo apt-get install ______ and then from then on it's basically like Diet Windows.
(In the future you can obviously install Windows if Linux isn't right for you.)

Not that I condone it, but you could also take your boat out onto the open seas and hijack a copy of windows from another gang of people who own ships with cannons in the middle of the sea. There are many multi-use product codes that can be hijacked, one could say, from another person's ship, if you catch my drift.
Arrrrrgh!

This is the (far) stronger of the two builds and has a good upgrade path to an i5/i7.

The first one is stronger with an upgrade path

The second one is cheaper but a small loss of performance

Read, my friend.

ehh

Mine requires advanced instructions to build.

it also requires an electric screwdriver/drill with a quarter inch drill bit.
