What Headphones/IEMs/Earbuds do you have?
Yes, I know there is a thread entitled "Headsets" but I didn't see too many pairs of "Headphones". This thread is to remedy that and can also serve as an advice/help thread for any audio needs. I also have a buying guide that lists many great headphones for the price here
As for me, I own the Sennheiser HD 598, the HD 650,
the HD 25-1 II w/BTG Recable, the Yamaha YH-100 which are from 1981, and the Q701.
Also, if you have any alternative sources such as an amp/DAC, list those too
I've got the Violectric HPA V200 and V800 as a DAC.

HD 650
HD 25-1 II
YH-100
Q701

California Headphones Laredo.
I feel like they're more focused on build quality than sound quality.
Still sound better than anything else I've ever owned, and the fact that I've stepped on them multiple times (with zero effect to them) just makes them even better.
California Headphones (to my knowledge, from the condition of their website) have gone out of business, so all of the prices have gone from $15-$25 up to around $100-$150.
Although they're not the best, I would still not trade them for anything. Once you get metal headphones, you can't simply go back to plastic lol

Hey, I kinda came here for advice, I've been looking for a headset (Budget £150)
I was thinking of getting the Astro A40's or the Steelseries, does anyone have any other recommendations?
Thanks c:

It's a much better idea to buy a separate microphone and separate headphones, as headsets have either bad sound quality, bad mic quality, or bad build quality. The Zalman zm Mic-1 and a pair like the HD558 will destroy any headset.

Just got these to try for a week.
1
Damn, you lucky man
1
Yes, yes I am.
1
Do you pay for them or do you get them from where you work?
1
No, I didn't pay for them, I got them mailed to me. They're on a tour around the country with like 15 people, and I was the next one on the list. I have to send them to someone else in a week.
1
Sounds exciting. I wish I could get an opportunity like that someday.

I'm getting audio technica ath-50's soon. Can't wait!
1
How much are you buying them for?
1
for ath-50's, 125$. Either those or the ath-pro700mk2's for 165$. The pro's have actually entered my mind and I might get those instead of the ath-50's.

At the moment i'm using Beats Studio's 2010 version, although they're slowly dying D: considering what other headphones to get... Solo 2.0's look good but how do they sound? (I don't want to sound like a fan boy...)
1
They're much much better than the original Solos, but it still sounds muffled and lackluster. They're not at the same level as others priced the same, and for the $200, you could get the HD 25-1 II's which are more intimate and neutral.

I use the Tritton 720+

I have a pair of the Skullcandy SLYR.
I used to have Steelseries Siberia V2, they broke.
For the record I don't use the mic on the SLYR, as it is of pretty low caliber.

Oh god 10 drivers? This just screams overpriced gimmick.

I wouldn't pay more than $80 for those. Adding more drivers doesn't increase spatial awareness, I've been using stereo headphones with good positioning abilities for months and I've had no problem. What multiple drivers does, is decreases fidelity and causes a clash in sound waves. Although they do look comfortable, I'll give them that.

Razer Electra's
And some Sharp Sterero I got from my brother for mastering music.

I've had several brands over the years, but prefer earbuds since they're not as bulky.
Currently using Samsung earbuds that come with the Galaxy S5.
