Honestly I think bedrock that costs 25$ should either have more peaceful mobs or variations of already existing mobs passive/aggressive.
maybe like golems more skeletons or for e.g. different ghast versions. maybe more mini bosses and more animals.

In my opinion, Mojang should consider adding the Saved Toolbars feature to Creative Mode on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. This would allow users to save their toolbars and retrieve them easily, just like in Minecraft: Java Edition. Having this feature would be especially helpful for content creators! It would also help provide more parity with Minecraft: Java Edition. I suggested the idea for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition years ago through the feedback page, but nothing ever came of it.
