A tool that would add the ability to limit how big the map is and how deep it is before you hit bedrock. Titanium tools. obsidian tools without adding mods, also a different use for leveling up, like increased health higher your level the more difficult it gets, setting off too much tnt will cause the world to go in apocalypse mode, years. your character can die after a certain amount of minecraft days. (hardcore only)

WelL yes it would but you would only get the tool if you wanted to choose your terrain. If you still wanted randomness you wouldn't download the tool.
