Today I got a moderator warning, I changed what he wanted and it is now back up for reviewing. Happy days!
Anyway, I noticed my levels is gone. Do I have to work myself up to the levels of should I message the moderator?
What do you suggest?

Experience is tied to the submission you earned it with, so if a submission is removed so is all its associated account experience. If/when your submission is restored from its "disabled" state, any of its associated experience will also be returned to your account, as closer75_JRHE said.
