Is my workout technique bad?
Ok so my Uncle said my workout is bad is it?
I take 15 pound weights and do basic punches
(swings jabs uppercuts)
in sets of 20 military style (1,2,3 1 1,2,3 2 etc)
i usually do 3 sets a day with 2 min breaks is this unhealthy/bad for your muscles?
(this isnt the only work out I do)

I suggest you go to a local gym/fitness centre and ask for some advice or personal training.

How old are you? If I recall correctly health experts says it's not healthy to workout while you grow during your teenage years.

I've been working out since beginning of high school, I'm 16 now, and I'm average height, I personally feel that as a myth. I don't do it daily, let's say; once every 2 - 3 days .

Hmmm. I'm not a huge expert in this field but i would say its more unhealthy for your joints, your elbows especially, specifically with the jabs. The strain may pull at the ligaments causing them some undue wear and tear. Same thing happened with my knee when using ankle weights.
Personally i wouldn't do it. But if your joints are strong enough, and you don't see any problems coming up then it may not be much of a problem for you. Every human body works differently.
