"perfected the technique"... you mean just have the xbox on all day? doesn't need to be perfected.. i can do that with my 360, even my 3ds.. not that hard. anything that can be powered on and have a game open can do it easily ps3/ps4 can do it too
1
Yes, basically haha. But we keep up to date with future updates that interrupt the game and monitor temperature on the machine. Helps keep things running smoothly.

I don't understand why you are arguing. Consoles can run 'servers'. Notice how I put ' ' around server. Although no they are not a real server. They can act like one. Their is multiple threads, websites, and videos that refer to consoles hosting 'servers'. Their is also a tab on the Minecraft forum for "Console Servers". They are recognized by the community for what they are.

Thanks for your concern but I assure you we have everything covered. We are experienced at hosting Xbox 'servers'. No, their not as great as running a dedicated server from a server company like a pc server can do. But their is a huge Minecraft fan base on consoles and we want to be able to run pc like servers on them.

How is this hosted? Do you just have someone logged in on an Xbone 24/7?
1
Yes. We have a dedicated Xbox One that runs '24/7'. We have beeen doing this for a long time and have perfected the teqnique. Although we can't help Xbox Live issues or system crashes. We do our best to keep the up-time as much as possible.
