Xenos Realms Need Builders first!

Hello there fellow builders of this minecraft realm on my server I'm having tons of trouble trying to build a spawn and such but I want at least 5 builders to combine there brains and build something not to big but not to small it has to be something just right
Type of Build I want:
- Medieval themed
- Well structured with good architectural detail
- Center point spawning (Spawns on 1 block specifically)
- Not to big
- Specific places for me to place signs(Ex: Donating place for me to place signs)
- One more thing the spawn will have its own world called "spawn" so I want it so people don't see the flat world next to the spawn

My build level for medieval builds I would say maybe 7.5 but that's being very critical on myself.
My age is 14.
I would love to help you build your spawn because I've never really been part of a "build team" plus I love to build rustic/ medieval style in MC infact I'm working on a map ATM but on and off.
Dude! as long as we can build it before Wednesday I'll be on almost 24/7!
Just adding some extra info for a rough idea I have in my mind: I don't know whether you've heard of a motte and baily castle before in history but a small fortified spawn that comes down into a town with noticeboards for donation signs and rules etc.
almost forgot I'd expect Moderator rank after the spawn is complete this is because the spawn plays a critical part in the success of a server I've joined many servers and just left because the spawn was bad and a continued faith in me as a builder for any future projects on your server
