Hey, Im Dan and I am willing to offer my experience in plugin and server management to the Minecraft community. I will be willing to help anyone who needs some assistance. Below, I will be giving you some need to know info about me. Such as how to contact me and my plugin/server experience.

My Plugin Experience: I Have been Co-Owner on 4 servers and had console/plugin files access on 3 of them. I am experienced with a "Bukkit" load of plugins such as :
PermissionsEX ( I can setup ALL ranks and permissions)
Group Manager ( I can make groups and add prefixes and perms to each group)
Essentials ( I can config all of essentials and know all commands)
World Edit ( I know NEARLY every command)
World Guard ( I know every command)
MyWorlds ( I know every command)
MobBountyReloaded (I know how to config it)
GodPowers ( I know every command)
Multi-Verse-Core ( I know how to use every command)
And I am experienced with tonnes more!
My "Being Staff" Experience: As I said I have been Co-Owner on 3 servers. I have also been Admin on 8, Mod on 5 and Operator on 4 so I know how to run a server correctly.
My experience with Griefers: As with Griefers I know how to deal with them. I would first jail them. If server has no jail then first I would kick them as a warning and I would try to repair the damage caused by the Griefer. However if the Griefer chooses to act in a unacceptable way again I would ban them.

Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Dan. You look like a good Admin for my server. It's a new server just starting out but it will be a great RPG/MultiVerse/Factions/PvP/Grief/Supernaturals/Demigods, or more.
