Hello owners,staff, and more I am here today to show you my application.

How long have you played minecraft: 3 Years
Past Experience: I have been staff for 3 Years and have been every single rank there is except Website-Developer.
Current Experience: I am currently working on a server called RebelBear Craft.

Why do you want to be staff: I want to be staff because I know I am capable of making this server BIG. I want everyone to enjoy there stay at a community that takes it's time to try to be involved in the server.
What you will do: There is a lot of things I can do but here our some things I am really good at.
1) Building.
I am very good at modern and medieval building. I am not the best but I will count this as a skill considering I can rate myself 8/10. I have participated in some build contests in my old days of mine craft. (Plotme servers) used to be my favorite.
I also have no proof but I have built the US Capitol, the Washington Monument, and a Modern city. You might be guessing I live in Washington DC lol but I don't.
2) Management
I am also very good at managing a server because I like to be good to my staff and keep them calm and relaxed as they work through the server.
I also can recruit staff as well as players. I can get at least 3+ people/staff on a day but it really matters on how much people see the post or advertisement.
3) Helping Owner
I am very good at helping the owner because when I am asked to do something I go right away ASAP I don't slack or give up because I NEVER give up
4) Group Manager
I am also very good at Group Manager. That is why I have been Dev on some servers. Right now I am the Head-Developer on Glacier Server Factions.

To give a group a prefix do /mangaddv (Group) prefix (Prefix you want Examples: &8[&bOwner&8]

&8[&9Member&8]
To add someone to a group do /manuadd (User) (Group)
to make a group do /mangadd (New Group Name)
Examples: Owner, Admin, Moderator, Member

Hmmmm, I have a Question, Me and My Other owner are looking for developers that can create custom plugins, can you create them? I ask this because you said you have been a developer before, I'd hire you either way, but this feature would be twice as useful, ya know?

Moderator if you prefer, it is more of a community management "title".
There is no need to build, and our server is PvP/Anarachy, so pretty much everything is allowed. No need for admin 'perks', Don't got them myself either. prefer Fair Play, I did run a 500 online user server a while back around Nether Portal release until just before end of the beta. Didn't do much afterwards, got a Linux Kali 16GB RAM rig over here (physical), shiny dedicated hardware.
So easy enough said, I just need people who are moderator in "status"/community. no need for any building/violation/etc mods
