SmithyCraft version 3.1.1 : Minecraft 1.2.5

This mod requires the following in order to play:

ModLoader for 1.2.5

MinecraftForgeClient 3.1.2.90 or above

So whats in SmithyCraft?

SmithyCraft gives rottenflesh a purpose, and adds a number of new items/weapons to the game, with alot more to come in the upcomming updates!

SmithyCraft Features:

New Weapons - Daggers!
A use for rottenflesh - Add it to a furnace to make leather!
New Item - Leather Strips used to make daggers!
New Armors!


More coming in future updates!

 

KNOWN BUGS

  1. When breaking a lamp with a pickaxe, the game crashes with an NullPointerException - Fixed for version 3.1.2
  2. Crops require a block update anywhere in the world - Fixed for version 3.1.2
  3. Armours are ridiculously over powered - Fixed for version 3.1.2

How to make the daggers:

They all use the exact same layout as below:

Gemmed Obsidian armors all use a similar layout as this. Just change the recipe accordingly (Use your common sense):

awesome man i think you should add one thing though...a thing what are they called again with you can carry on you ad when right clicking with a dagger in your hand you put it in when right clicking again you take it out

All my HD fonts are gone, and when I try to load a world, Minecraft instantly crashes. What is wrong?

Did you get mod loader and minecraft forge installed first? If you didn't, get them. Or maybe you haven't deleted your META INF from the archive

There is not glitch. Testing it now works fine. Make sure you install the latest forge version, and that the mod is in /mods folder

Oh and one more thing. At the end you said seeds were bugged. They need water just like wheat or the soil goes back to normal :). It also doesn't effect normal seeds drops from grass. Not sure whats causing the texture issues. I will look at that right now.

They grow into ink plants. Where you harvest them to get ink sacks. They do work I have tested, you just have to wait until the plant has black splodges over it to harvest.

Good video :) I noticed that you said you cant get bone shards legitimately though :P You can you need to use two bones next to each other I forgot to mention in the main post. And I also noticed lamps were white o.O. Not sure what that's about.

I don't have a compiled version of the old forge. Only source used for modding. I can upgrade the mod to the newer forge soon though so check back another time.
