Level 66 : High Grandmaster Modder
This mod has been updated for the numerous people who have single player worlds and don't want to enable cheats.

Archives (server and client side compatible) (open source)

>>>for 1.3.2<<<

>>>for 1.3.1<<<

>>Multiplayer 1.2.4<<

Archive for 1.2.3 (Single Player)

What more can I say, all player's have been down this road before at one point or another. One day we'll be caught off guard and fall into lava, get ambushed by skeleton patrol/get set on fire by a blaze...

Than all those hard earned items are gone or lost in a labyrinth in a position that will take several hours to get to (if they haven't disappeared already).
Wait, what if you could keep your inventory:
_kAeHHG8GMI
NOTE: Since the video was posted, support for vanilla server's was added

If your the kind of gamer who prefers getting straight back into the action,
rather than going through the arduous process of finding and recollecting what you already had,
than this mod, might just be what your looking for. :D

Updated for 1.4.5

Update #7 : 08/26/2012 10:29:25 pm8/26/12

1. Added support for 1.3.2
2. Added installation video

Update #6 : 08/05/2012 11:41:03 am8/05/12

Added support for 1.3.1:

 2. Lanning
 3. Servers (Vanilla and ModloaderMP)

Update #5 : 07/12/2012 10:57:14 am7/12/12

Due to popular demand on the forums.

I have added a port for this mod to the server forge API.

Update #4 : 04/25/2012 6:58:57 am4/25/12

A few people messaged me privately saying that they had trouble installing modloader.

I found that the author of the installation instructions for modloader, for whatever reason, deleted his youtube account.

As for installing Modloader:
If you're on windows watch this video.
If you're on mac watch this video:

I've also reuploaded the files to include the links in the
installation instructions.
Message me if you're having any difficulties :D

Update #3 : 04/06/2012 12:45:39 pm4/06/12

Updated for 1.2.5

Update #2 : 03/26/2012 10:53:05 am3/26/12

Not sure, why it's not appearing on the recently updated mods list, so I decided to re-upload.

I've also tidied up the instructions for server side installation (it shouldn't be hard).

Update #1 : 03/26/2012 10:49:12 am3/26/12

UPDATED for 1.2.4

If i'm not mistaken, this mod was before the gamerule keep inventory was implemented? If so, everyone saying this mod is useless should go and bug off.
Edit Reply Delete
"/gamerule keepInventory true" command probably is even better than this, it's easier than downloading a mod.

I'm just saying, this mod sucks! Just do 'allow cheats: on' then create world, do '/gamerule keepInventory true' then play. Why you be stupid and create a mod that allows you to do something already in Vanilla?

Then /gamemode survival
Now you play xD

Cool, but completely useless. As stated by other people there is a vanilla command for it:

/gamerule keepInventory true

This mod also causes you to lose xp
