Right-Click Toggled Lamps Mod 1.4.6

This mod adds seventeen new lamp blocks to the game that can be toggled on and off when they are right-clicked by the player when the player is holding anything but a lamp. There is one lamp for every shade of wool that there is in the game and a rainbow lamp.
