Back in the days of minecraft 1.4.4, I released one of my first mods ever - the more mobs mod. It didn't get very popular, but I was still proud of it. Anyway, me and my friend are making a modpack out of my mods, and this was one of the mods my friend wanted to put in it, so I updated, rewritten it in forge, and bam here we are.
This mod adds in 5 new mobs into the game with some unique items, and has not been changed at all since it's original version back in 1.4.4, so some things may not make sense, like rhinos dropping beef, but roll with it.

SNAILS!
These guys pretty much spawn everywere and come in 5 different textures
When killed, they will drop seeds, but when they are killed with fire they drop a snail shell, which has an extremely high enchantable effects, meaning they will get great enchantments!
TURTLES !!!!
They spawn in watery areas and when you kill them they have a slight chance they will drop a turtle shell!
Put the turtle shell on and be a TURTLE:
GIRAFFE!!! EPIC
These guys come in 4 different textures!
When fed with any kind of leaves they will breed and make babys!
To tame them, right click on them with an apple.
They will get a new texture and will follow you around but currently they don't do anything. You can make them wait by right clicking on it again, otherwise like a dog or an cat they will follow you around.
Next week I will make it so that they will either attack mobs or you can ride on them.
SLOTHS!!!!
SLOTHS ARE CUTE
SLOTH BERRYS SPAWN IN TREES AND ARE USED TO BREED THE SLOTHS
THEY DROP SLOTH LEATHER WHICH WILL MAKE 3 BOOKS IF YOU COMBINE IT WITH 3 PAPER IN ANY FASHION
Monkeys!
When you kill these fellows (D:) they will drop monkey skin and bananas.
THEY WILL BREED WITH BANANAS
You can craft monkey skin into clothes, like normal armour -
And you can eat the bananas! ( 3 hearts )
THEY SPAWN IN JUNGLES AND FORESTS
RHINOS!
These guys will charge at you and do 1 heart of damage. They drop quite alot of beef and leather. (Told you)
Also they drop rhino horn's which when put into the crafting table, they will give you 7 bonemeal!
THEY ONLY SPAWN IN FORESTS AND PLAINS
FISH!
These guys come in 5 different random textures, and will drop fish and fish scales
With fish scales, you can craft fish armour which provides a good deal of protection.
DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
THESE GUYS ARE CRAZZZZYY
They drop feathers and raw chicken, and if you right click on them, you can ride them! Still kinda buggy though and they spawn everywere.
SHARKS
These guys are tough and will attack you! They spawn in rivers and oceans, like fish!
They drop shark teeth, fish scales and shark meat which can be cooked.
Shark teeth can be crafted into chainmail armour!
THATS ALL FOR THAT MOD!
