This is Dalek Mod Update 38 for Minecraft 1.7.2 (1.7.10 version out in a few days!)

Not too much has changed this update, however we have improved the Daleks alot more, they all now have much better clear amazing sound effects provided to us by the amazing Adam Walker, aswell as this all of the Daleks now have new Dalek spawn items instead of the old spawn eggs and we also have a brand new API which is still in the Beta process, the currently implemented version in the mod will only do the very very basics just while it is still being tweaked, the interface to create the Daleks will be out in a few days hopefully for people to test, however you can manually write dlk files at the moment and we may put a small tutorial up for this for the people who want to test it out before it's official release!

Update 35 - Minecraft 1.7.10 : 10/02/2014 5:16:57 pm10/02/14

So what's new?!
We have now upgraded the DLC system a bit more, it will now connect and download models from our servers as well, allowing us to release regular new content without you needing to update the mod!
We also have modified the DLC sessions slightly to update on world join, this will change very soon so that they will update almost instantly, so there will be no need to relog everytime you with to change your DLC!

What has been Fixed?
We have fixed a major bug with loading / registering DLC, it will now check for connection to the internet first, if not then DLC will not be enabled, however in a future update we plan to have the DLC session data for single player downloaded per session and stored locally so that the user can still use it without internet connection.
We have also fixed a bug which was causing certain Tardis interior to regenerate themselves upon the user entering the Tardis, this should now be fixed, however if you do still see this occur please notify us below so we can look into it.

What is planned?
We are hard at work with Update 36 (The BIG one!), this will be both our Halloween and 2 year anniversary update, this will contain a wide range of features which people have been begging for for a long time now, one of which will be the Tardis coordinate travel, this should be fully implemented, another thing, maybe Waypoints, for both Tardis and Vortex Manipulator!

Finally we have a super secret project coming out around the 2 year anniversary, it is Dalek Mod related, but not in the sense that it has anything todo with the mod, however it is a big project, and we have most of SWD working on it, including some other SWD member behind the scenes!

Interesting way for the tardis.  The center of the tardis that you spawn is the teleport and it teleports you to the correct structure in the sky.. and all the tardisis are right by each other in a big area

This mod is amazing, except for a couple crash bugs. Certain entities, such as the Weeping Angel, and Adipose crash my Minecraft when trying to spawn them.

Hands down the best mod I have used.  Me and my kids love it.  I grew up with Tom Baker, my kids are now being introduced to Doctor Who via the Dalek Mod on a LAN Forge server I set up for us all to play Dalek Mod together.  Next I'm going to get them watching some Classic Doctor Who.  "Jelly baby?"  Thanks SWD, this is one of those rare mods that already feels complete despite the fact that you are adding so much more as you go.  Legends, all of you.

1- to use the model viewer you must make a model with techne and then texture it(duh), after that you have to do this: %appdata%-->roaming/.minecraft/mods/Dalek Mod/models and then you put your model in that folder, you will then be able to view it :)
2- wait 'till the dalek mod gets to update 40...

OK, is there a specific model type? And does the Green Screen have any in game function?(in other words, for example, it can choose a specific texture, I do not have a green screen software and I do not wanna buy expensive software for that. I also have a train wreck of a computer)

Well, the dalek mod only accepts the models made with techne(don't remember the actual extension, sorry)and the green screen is like a real life green screen: you can use an editing software like fraps to add a custom background but it's pretty much useless unless you're into video making
