This mod was commissioned by member TheChef, it is a remake for Minecraft 1.6.x of several power rings from the mod Equivalent Exchange 2. It adds Teleport Ring, Flying Ring, Harvest Ring, Ice Ring and Fire Ring.
This mod should be single- and multiplayer compatible.
The rings are powered by fuel: coal, charcoal, glowstone, redstone and corresponding blocks. Blocks provide 9 times as much fuel.
New: since v1.4.1 recipe ingredients can be set in the mod config file. When you run the new version for the first time, the config will be populated with data and comments. Modifying it should be straightforward.
Teleport Ring:
Right-click to teleport in the given direction.
Core ingredient: Ender pearl
Flying Ring:
Enables flying as long as you have fuel and disables fall damage as long as you have the ring. A unit of fuel is consumed every 5 seconds.
Core ingredient: Feather
Harvest Ring:
Works like bone meal on plants. Also right-click to harvest all crops near the player. Also increases chance of apples dropping if leaves are broken with this ring.
Core ingredient: any seeds or saplings
Ice Ring:
Right-click to cover the ground with snow and water with ice around the player. New: extinguishes fire and turns lava to cobblestone and obsidian!
Core ingredient: Snow blocks or Ice blocks
Fire Ring:
Right-click to set everything around on fire and turn obsidian into lava. Makes the player immune to fire.
Core ingredient: Flint&Steel
How to Install
1. If you haven't already, download and install Minecraft Forge:http://www.minecraft...ation/Universal
2. Download the mod zip
3. Copy the zip into your .minecraft/mods folder

- Fixed bug with Harvest Ring working without fuel
- Removed unnecessary log verbosity
- Completed the recipe modification system: when recipe ingredients for Rings of Power are modified in the server config, the server will send updates to all clients when they connect; upon disconnect clients will reset their recipes to their own local configs.
