Cat's Eye Elixir: Gold nugget + Nightbloom Leaf. Gives Night Vision II for 9 minutes.
Stoneskin Potion: Frost Lotus Paste + Gold Nugget. Gives the Stoneskin effect for 5 minutes.
Water Walking Potion: Fish + Goldengrass. Allows you to walk in water for 5 minutes.
Undying Potion: Enderpearl + Bloodspike. Gives the Undying effect for 10 minutes.
Guardian Potion: Iron ingot + Glowcap. Gives Resistance for 9 minutes.
Poison Protection Potion: Spider Eye + Goldengrass. Gives you immunity to poison effects.
Smite Potion: Desert's Might + Puretic Plant. Gives you the Light's Will effect for 9 minutes.

Berserking Potion: Wrathnettle + Desert's Might. Gives Strength I and the Berserker effect for 9 minutes.
Restoring Potion: Luxibloom + Glowcap. Gives Regeneration I for 5 minutes and Nourishment for 3 minutes.
Potion of the Saints: Golden Apple + Frost Lotus. Gives Regeneration I for 30 seconds, Resistance I for 1 minute and Fire Resistance I for 1 minute, Absorption I for 1.5 minutes, and Stoneskin for 1.5 minutes. 

Effects:
Flame Touch: Your attacks cause mobs to be set on fire.
Projectile Protection: Getting hit by some sort of projectile will heal you for half a heart.
Stoneskin: Taking any damage with this effect heals you for half a heart.
Undying: While this effect is active, the next damage you take that would otherwise kill you instead brings you to full HP. You still lose your items, though. The effect is removed after it has been used for the time expires.
Light's Will: Your attacks against undead mobs do more damage.
Nourishment: Restores hunger points over time.
Luck: Increases your chance of getting rare drops from mobs. 
Exectioner: Your attacks have a 5% chance to kill the target (does not work on bosses)
Slowing: Your attacks apply Slowing I on the target for 10 seconds.
Berserker: Your attacks have a 6.7% to heal you half a heart.
