Insta-wire was created for several reasons. Many challenging problems ncome up when you're faced with the 16 block distance limit of redstone. nYou can repeat the signal, but every time you do it introduces a delay. nI've set out to change all of that in order to make timing easier and nredstone ALUs and CPUs incredibly faster.
Insta-wire comes with five new blocks that interact with redstone. The nrepeater simply repeats the signal without adding any delay. The OR nblock accepts input from any of the four sides, and outputs to all four nsides. The AND block needs both inputs to be lit up to transmit the nsignal. The inverter acts like a torch on a block, but it will invert the signal without any delay. The memory block accepts input from two nsides, if you input a signal on the + side it will stay lit. If you ninput a signal to the - side it will deactivate.
You should show me the stuff you create with this, I'm really interestedn to see how it turns out. Also feel free to suggest any new useful ninstant redstone block types.
