SHIFT + 0 BUG FIXED: STICKY PISTONS NOW SPAWNED WITH SHIFT + 0
This is a bolt-on to Adspam's SMP Hotkey Manager.

Use keys 1-9, 0 and "-" to spawn blocks and mobs.
Bolt-Ons will not use CTRL like ASMPHM; they will have specific activation keys.
The Creative Bolt-On key is SHIFT (i.e. SHIFT + 1 = 64 Stone)
As always, server permissions will affect your ability to use these hotkeys.
