Haha "Soon to work with UE"... Sorry I kind've stopped wanting to do this mod anymore... But you can always still download it and try it on 1.4.5 if you want.
Update Information:
*1.4.5 UPDATE!!
*Runs on Client and Server!!!
*SOON to work on UE, Buildcraft and IC2 energy!!!!
Mod Summary:Clay Tools + adds a whole new level of tools and blocks to minecraft! It adds a kiln to fire clay molds to make fired clay tools. The kiln also makes stuff 2 times faster than a furnace, but uses up fuel 2 times faster. To avoid this, you can use a "Heat Element" that can convert a stack of clay to fired clay. These clay tools are really fast, but they have few uses.
REQUIRES THIS VERSION OF FORGE (November, 14th Update):
forge download
To use mod (crafting recipes are in images above):
1. Craft a kiln
2. Craft any "[tool] Head Mold"
3. Craft a "Heat Element", or just use coal/charcoal to power kiln (coal/charcoal lasts a lot less!)
4. Put Head Mold in Kiln
5. w8
6. Take out "Fired [tool] Head"
7. Put it in your crafting bench with ONE stick under it***
8. Now you have yourself a not-so-durable-but-very-sharp fired clay tool!!!
***Note: Under Fired SWORD Head put GRIP, NOT a stick
In later releases:
1. Planning on putting a sharpener that sharpens fired clay tools
2. Make that sharpener compatible with all Minecraft tools
3. Create "clay anvil" type thing so as you put in fired clay chunks and your tool and it restores it a bit
4. Make more Kiln recipes (I.E. burnt steak, burnt pork, netherrack --> fire, burnt dirt, etc.)
5. Possibly link up with BuildCraft pipes to create little factories (probably will not come in near future, but might come eventually)
Thanks for downloading!
