Since 1.4 came out, there are almost no terrain sprites left to use. This means I am limited to adding about 3 blocks into the game. Because of this, I am moving to Forge. I am going to have to start from scratch, so it'll take a while.

Currently there are a few problems due to ModLoader being buggy.

So, for the moment, Ebony Ore is smelted in a normal furnace like normal ores are.

And Daedric and Ebony bows shoot normal arrows, but they still shoot strong.

BUGFIXES:
Multiplayer Nether Armor works without crashing

Ebony Ore is found below level 36. It gives you the ore to smelt.

But, ebony is too hard a material to smelt normally, you need a SuperFurnace to get the job done!

The SuperFurnace

Even though the SuperFurnace is pretty expensive, taking 75 iron and the time to look for lava, it's worth it.

It's the only way to get Ebony items without conflict. Plus, it can smelt everything a normal furnace can, but

gives you double the items you would normally get.

SuperFurnace has special recipes!
Seeds > Wheat

Pumpkin Seeds > Pumpkin

Melon Seeds > Melon

Melon > Speckled Melon

Dirt > Grass

Grass > Mycelium

Water Bucket > Ice (4)

Lava Bucket > Fire Charge (8)

The is a catch, however. Normal fuel like wood or coal can't be used to power this beast,

so you are going to need to supercharge some coal by fusing it with redstone, making RedCoal.

With the Ebony Ingots, you can make:

Ebony Block

a Blast Resistant block

Glowbony Block
a Glowing, Blast Resistant block

Reinforced Glass

a Transparent, Blast Resistant block

(With Ebony Tools, you are going to need Iron Rods)

For the Ebony Bow, you are going to need Ebony Strands

Ebony Bow shoots twice as fast and hard as the regular bow.

Ebony Sword hits between the power of Iron and Diamond

SPEAR

A spear is as powerful as a normal bow, and you get a normal Arrow back when picking it up

With this mod, you can also make Chainmail armor (Three types)

Chains:

Armors:

You get a new mob, called a Dremora (Yes, from Skyrim...)

a Dremora has 100 hit points (It takes 100 punches to kill it with your hand)

They are almost twice as fast as you, and take away 4 hearts with each hit..

They don't make a sound unless they are getting damaged, so they are pretty stealthy.

These guys drop a Daedra Heart

, and has a chance of dropping Ebony Ingots, Chains or Strands.

You can either Eat the Daedra heart for 60 seconds of invincibility, or it can be used to craft Daedric Items.

Daedric Tools:

Daedric Tools have twice the durability, five times the speed and three times the enchantability of Diamond Tools

Daedric Armor:

Daedric Armor is twice the durability and strength of Diamond Armor

Daedric Weapons

Daedric Bow shoots four times harder and faster than the regular bow
Daedric Sword hits twice as hard as a Diamond Sword

New weapon: Daggers!

Might add normal material daggers (Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond)

A dagger is half as strong as the same kind of Sword

SafeHouse Wand

The SafeHouse Wand can save you from life-threatening situations.

You Right-click the block below you, and it makes a Blast Resistant SafeHouse around you, with windows and lighting!

Just be sure not to use it in your house, as it might take away important blocks.

NETHER CHANGES

Nether Ore

Looks like the netherrack is peeling away, showing the Nether Rocks in it.

Drops a Nether Rock

Nether Armor can be made using the Nether Rock

The different Nether Armor pieces now have effects!

Wearing any piece of Nether Armor, if you are in water, it will make bubbles, lots of them,

as if the Armor doesn't like water. (It won't harm the Armor)

•Wearing Nether Boots stops falling damage completely.

•Wearing a Nether Chestplate will inject your body with unique Adrenaline, making you run faster

•Wearing a Nether Helmet will give you unlimited oxygen when swimming

•Wearing a full suit of Nether Armor makes you lava and Fire Resistant,

but being in Lava or Fire will slowly drain the armor.

You need Blaze Rods to make Nether Tools

Nether Tools:
When you right click somewhere, it will turn that block into Glowstone.

At a cost of 20 uses.

Nether Sword:
When you right click somewhere, it will strike lightning at that spot.

At a cost of 60 uses.

At the moment, only Aqua Grass, Dirt, Stone, Trees and a new mob, Aqua Zombie,

Now has spawning structures! More to come

At the moment, Only the Fire part of the dimension is working

properly. To get the Aqua one, download the Aqua plugin

Put 2 ebony blocks on the floor next to each other, and put an

Aqua Stone block on one of them. It will spawn an Aqua Pig.

The Biome based Zombies are working

The Zombies run away from you

Elemension mobs are reversed.

Hostile pigs, sheep and cows,

passive zombies, creepers and skeletons!

Known Bugs:
•Aqua/Fire Leaves do not decay

•Game crashes when leaving the END (Just re-open Minecraft, it will be fine)
•Some crafting recipies are missing. Will be fixed soon

Installing Instructions

Method 1 (Manual)

Go to %appdata%/.minecraft/bin/
Open Minecraft.jar with an archiving program (7-Zip Recommended)
Delete META-INF
Install ModLoader (Link at the top of the post)
Install Dimension API (Link at the top of the post)
Drag all the content of EbonyCraft.zip file into the Minecraft.jar
Run Minecraft!

Method 2 (McPatcher)

Download and run McPatcher
Click on the + button
Browse to your ModLoader.zip and choose it
Click OK
Browse to your DimensionAPI.zip and choose it
Click OK
Browse to your EbonyCraft.zip and choose it
Click OK twice
Click Patch

If it says:
Conflicts Detected (Between modLoader and DimensionAPI)
Just click Yes and it will patch
It should work

This mod is NOT compatible with:
Any mods that use:

EnumArmorMaterial (pu.class)
ItemDye (qv.class)

BlockFire (afy.class)

and I haven't made them compatible
