Just make it so that Stone, Iron, Diamond take less to time to mine like stone normally takes bout 2.5 seconds make it 1.0 for diamond , 1.5 for iron and 2.0 for stone.

Finally ive wanted this for ages! but you should just make it take less time not instantly it doesnt feel right if its instant

you can get this effect and you can decide EVERY block destroy time using simply the zombe's modpack. ;)
