Nice but, going to be OCD here. Technically it's a Katana. Samurai had them, not Ninja's. Ninja's didn't like big weapons, rather hidden and concealed ones. Nice mod though :)

download forge: minecraftforge.net
go to you're .minecraft folder
open you're bin folder in .minecraft
open the minecraft.jar in the bin folder with winrar/7zip
delete meta-inf in the minecraft.jar
open and install forge to the minecraft.jar
open and install the ninja sword mod the same way you did with forge but dont delete the meta-inf folder forge came with thats now inside the minecraft.jar
