Installation:
1: go to %appdata% then go to roaming 2: go to .minecraft 3: go to minecraft.jar and open it with 7zip or winrar 4:open the lang folder 5: drag en_US.lang inside the folder 6: use English (US) in the language ingame 7: PROFIT!
