-Unzip this Content Pack.
-Confirm that there is "assets" folder in the unziped folder.
-Drag and drops "asset" folder and overwrites the "mcheli" folder in the "MODs" folder.

The line you're looking for is "MobilityYawOnGround". Don't exceed a value of 12.0 or else it looks strange, and DON'T change the values on any tracked vehicles or else they become shonky. This is for "wheeled" vehicles to make their turning behavior a little more bearable in-world.
