Deathly's Mod Editor is a Visual editor to create your own mod. It is an easy way to make singleplayer mods, and make server modswithout programming!

Installation


  1. Download the installation or zip file for your os
  2. Run the installation or unzip the zip file to the install directory
  3. Launch the program

Trouble shooters



  • Run the program as administrator:tutorial
  • Try this java fix:tutorial
  • Still doesn't work? Launch the program with the command line and check for errors

FAQ
  1. Error after updating to 2.06, you need to download and install the latest version manually from this forum.
  2. Does it work on Mac? -> Download the mac osx version (It isn't tested yet!)
  3. The program won't run -> Two fixes: 1. run as admintutorial, 2. java fixtutorial, If these fixes still doesn't work, run the "Deathly's Mod Editor Launcher.jar" through the command line and check for errors
  4. Having some other problems? -> Send a mail to deathlymodeditor@gmail.com. With a description of your problem and a copy of the console. And as attachment: The Save file of your mod which is located in : /documents/MCModEditor/Save.
