Recently I created a php script that handles Minecraft Ban Applications for server owners. After creating it I decided I wanted to give it to the Minecraft community, but came to the conclusion that it was not ready, and did not offer enough functionality to be put on some sort of marketplace. So here it is for free!






So here is its description:
Easy way to handle Minecraft Ban Appeals on you're server.

More Detail:
This script comes with a user interface, which allows the user to make their application simply. The user is allowed to create a username and then is emailed a password for that corresponding application. This allows the user to “Log In” to the applications centre, view their application, see it’s status and view any comments left by reviewers.

Once an application is created, the owner of the server will be emailed notifying them that there is a pending application. They may then read the application and then decide upon it. This decision is then inputted into the Admin Panel by the owner. Once this is complete the applicator is then emailed with the information on whether their application has been accepted or declined and the reason why. Comments can be made by the staff member or the user. It allows gives a forgot password option incase the user runs into problems remembering their password.
