Welcome!
The Nether Ores mod is a functional mod which adds a little more incentive to go to the Nether.
What does it do?
It adds new world generation, in the same way that Glowstone generates. When you enter the Nether, you will randomly find diamond and lapis ores generating on the roof!
This is great! But why only diamond and lapis?
Well, I can add more if you want. However, I want to keep at least a little bit of the challenge in!
How do I get up there?
That's for you to figure out
ModLoader?
Nope, no additional classes required.
Incompatibilities?
Take a look at the mod you download. If it edits jz.class, then it's incompatible. To my knowledge, only an Aether for Minecraft 1.0 would cause problems. I think.

but next time use default for screen shots cos some ppl might not read description and think that you created new blocks which u can only find in nether.

No problem! Now if just maybe they were perhaps colored netherrack instead of stone, so they somewhat blended with that nether, now that would be cool.
