This plugin is fairly basic, it shows a list of staff! Fully configurable in an easy-to-use config.yml!

Commands:
/staff - Shows a list of staff
/staffreload - Reload the configuration file for StaffList
/owners - Shows a list of owners
/admins - Shows a list of admins
/mods - Shows a list of moderators
/moderators - Shows a list of moderators
/apply - Sends the command sender a link to a website they can apply to be staff at

Permissions:
staff.staff - Gives access to /staff command
staff.reload - Gives access to /staffreload command
staff.owners - Gives access to /owners command
staff.admins - Gives access to /admins command
staff.moderators - Gives access to /mods command and /moderators command
staff.apply - Gives access to /apply command

Changing the /staff list:
Once you install the plugin go to the StaffList config.yml, in there you will see an option noted as 'List of staff:'. Next to that you will see 'No staff found!'. Just edit 'No staff found!' with a list of staff members. Example:
List of staff: btw001, person, person, person
Once you do that, save the config and do /staffreload in-game.

Changing the /admins list:
The /admins command is a command made to give a list of admins specifically, use the same steps as above but instead of editing the 'List of staff:' option edit the 'admins:' option.

Changing the /mods and /moderators list:
The /mods and /moderators command is a command made to give a list of moderators specifically, use the same steps as above but instead of editing the 'List of staff:' option edit the 'Moderators:' option.

Changing the /apply list/link:
The /apply command is made to send the command sender a link to a website they can apply at. Use the same steps as above but instead of editing the 'List of staff:' option edit the 'Link to website to apply at:' option. Example:
