try going to skydaz and using one of their auto installers. you can also get your mods from there. when you use a skydaz auto installer it automatically give you the correct version of forge. also there is an auto installer for this very mod.

I'd suggest not use skydaz because of the reason, they/he/it distributes mods, although it doesn't use websites like (Ad link removed) and it gives the authors credits, skydaz rarely updates the mods in its installers and not giving the version number, making people spam the mod's forums with "this doesn't work" or "where is item x? i saw someone having item x, why is it not here?" which makes some modders mad/annoyed.

so, i tried a few things and it seams it may not be the mod but the forge itself, i tried to play it unmodded and it still wouldent start, both 1.7.2 and 1.6.4, any sugestions?

so, im trying to get the mod up and running on my own game, but for some reason the game never starts after i hit the play button on the start-up menu, i am using the right forge and i have used larger minecraft mods, so why wont the game start, the game doesnt say that it crashed, it simply just wont start, is there something i have to do to the file first befor i can get the game running, i would love some advice from the modder or anyone else, thanks. =D

let me rephrase that.... i need the coding for specifically gambol shroud. i would appreciate it if i could use it to make a custom item to add-on to my own and friends' use of rwbycraft. i know you're busy, so i dont expect a response soon, but i would very much like to make an add-on to your mod for personal use. your mod isso great.

This is probably my favorite mod. I hope you sometime add the Team CVFY weapons. 2 things though: for anyone else, does the cliffside altar crash anyone elses game on 1.7.10, and if you update to 1.8, will there still be an updated version for 1.7.10?

Yea we do. She has a tote bag full of dust that she uses for attacking. Kinda like magic spells. It is clearly strong because Coco held Velvet back from using her attacks due to the fact that she had been saving it up all semester.

I have a small suggestion list.
  • Charecter Armor.
  • more Grimm mobs.
  • and better shooting animation.
  • making the wither skull faster on Nora's weapon.

Great work, but needs some tweeks.

  • weapon power -a little to overpowered-
  • weapon ammunition -not fireballs-

  • self spawned mobs

  • physical gliff glich

  • over powered mobs

  • the range of mobs

all in all the mod is great tho.

ok i have looked in to it. I may be wrong but Eternal isles is the mod the needs fixing by the looks of things. most mods have something that makes new mod id's if the one is taken (like mine). But eternal isles say THIS IS MINE and will not change. So because RWBY craft choses it’s id's before Eternal isles you get this crash
I am looking at ways to fix this but I should not have to.
A lot of mods I use do the same thing with Eternal isles. Which is a shame as it’s a mod I would like to play

Have you ever thought about making a tutorial about making these weapons? With the barebone basics of it (how to shift between modes, fire ammo), we could have tons of new fan made weapons. You could even open/play a RWBY mod pack for your channel!

Sneak (shift) and right click. If they have ammo (hit a mob to get 1 bullet), they should shift between weapon modes.

I can give you a small "cheaty" way to get there, use mystcraft to make a forever fall biome age or install emeralds mod and use the emerald portal while your in a skyblock map to get there :)

what do you mean by reload? do you mean how to get bullets? if so, you just hit mobs with the crescent rose to get ammo, its also the same process to every weapon who has a special right-click function

I realize this is a long shot and your last update was more than three months ago, but could you please tell me where/how to find the config for this mod (RWBY)?  It's interfering with some other mods and i would like to try to fix that.  Thank you for your time.

It's not in your config folder? If you're having item id issues, you can find Idfix to automagically change item ids. Idfix has it's own config file so you can always change it.
If it's biome generation problems, what mods are you using?

Hey Kelco I am a huge Fan of your mod here but i got a bug that stops me from running it.

That is the important bit that you need if you need any more Here you go. Hope you can fix this so i can use your mod. if you can't that will suck to have to get rid of this mod from my packs.

Also this is on game version 1.7.10 as others have claimed it to work on. Good to mention that this is on the server. I havent tested it on a client.

hey kelco, i just noticed that the weapons are waaaaay too op because the dusts are really common and they have high attack damage, so can you make the dusts harder to find or make the crafting recipes harder and more expensive?

The weapons are fine as they are (except maybe the fireballs...)

for the record, orespawn adds strong bosses, thats why they/he/she made the weapons in it op because you will need those weapons to kill the bosses, and getting them is fairly hard because you will need to kill various bosses, rwbycraft's weapons on the other hand, are easily obtainable, you just need few dusts which are as common or more common than coal, iron, and coal, and you can make the crescent rose with +20 attack, and has like 5k durability, so yeah, its really op, plus im talking about the RWBYcraft weapons and not orespawn ones because i hate that mod

could you maybe make the stormflower shoot rapidfire arrows instead of the giant ghast balls? i think it would be more fitting for now. when do you think you'll update it with proper projectile bullets for each weapon?
