Hello guys. 
This is a mod I made for the best server ever: spooncraft!
EDIT: This is no longer just a tribute, but a memorial as well. 
it has spoon themed items, such as spoon/spoonstone/cereal, and also an NPC of Diagonalspoon himself!
(yes, I did arrange with the server admins if I could post this :D). 
Enjoy guys!
The items: 
Spoon - really useful combat tool, also useful for digging
EpicStone - a glowing stone, crafted out of glowstone and lava. 
SpoonStone - craftable with a wooden shovel and smooth stone. Dropped by Diagonalspoon NPCs. 
EpicStone shovel - good for digging
EpicStone axe - good for tree-cutting
EpicStone pickaxe - good for mining
EpicStone sword - a mighty weapon
EpicStone waraxe - it has the same damage as the Epic Sword, and it's more effective at cutting trees than the normal axe.
Cereal - a delicious food. Crafted with milk, wheat, and bowls.

EDIT: Known bug: Epic tools replace discs. This is being fixed right now.

-Removed Diagonalspoon because he made the game crash when he spawned, so sorry guys D: this will be sorted out, and when I fix it, he will be back, this is not permanent :D

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS: Change name from "EpicStone" to Molten Rock, and make them called Molten tools. You don't create a new rock by pouring lava onto it, Lava is liquid rock. A few possibilities with Spoon: 1. Change recipe of spoon to one stone/flint/cobble/button above 1 stick, removing SpoonStone and making mobs drop Spoons instead, 2. Change name of SpoonStone to "Etched Stone" or "Crafted Stone" or something like that and make it an item, not a block (Spoons are small), reduce amount of sticks required for recipe by 1, Change recipe for SpoonStone to Something to do with a small amount of stone, possibly 4 buttons in a crafting table (they're small).

So to summarise, I think the mobs should drop spoons not "SpoonStone", I don't think the material for your spoons should be called "SpoonStone", I would prefer that the SpoonStone material is removed entirely and crafting recipe uses a button or something since it's small, but if you're determined to keep it, I think you shouldn't use shovels to craft it (crafting recipes shouldn't be symbolic, they should be literal. At least in my opinion). Oh, and you should change the name of EpicStone to Molten Rock.

The blocks are called that way in honor to a minecraft user called DiagonalSpoon, he owns a server and we wanted to gift him something, the npc has his skin btw.

En, I get what you're saying, but the names and recipes are all part of a bunch of inside jokes and stories that happened in spooncraft and that's why they are like that.
