This mod is for all The Day Of The Triffids fans! It is based on the BOOK so it may differ from the movie!
This mod adds 6 new mobs to Minecraft and 4 structures!
Mobs:
Triffids (yes more than one)
Three blind people
Structures:
Four houses all severely destroyed
What is a Triffid? A Triffid is a Plant that can walk! They aren't evil, attacking humans is just in there nature, and this mod does exactly that! Triffids will lurk in the most unexpected places waiting for a player to come close or it will come for you! A word of caution, Triffifds can camouflage! When not moving, Triffids will look like a normal plant (they are very hard to see in a jungle biome).
Installation:
Download modloader and my mod files
Type %appdata% into programs search or get up RUN then type %appdata% into that
Open .minecraft
Open bin
Open minecraft.jar with a compressing program such as Win-rar or 7-zip
Delete Meta-INF
Copy all of my mod files into minecraft.jar
Copy all modloader files into minecraft.jar
Open Minecraft and ENJOY!!!

Just finished re reading the book today went on-line looking for a mod and bingo.
only problem is i am getting the dreaded black screen after following instructions i even tried rolling back to 1.4.6 .
Any updates or ideas mate ?
Now i have tried to update this many times, and it hasn't worked :(
But i may be able to try again to update if you would like :)
The update should come out in around 3-4 days.
Hope u can wait that long but coding is hard!
