Hey guys, Cobey here and today I'm bring you....THE BRISINGR MOD!!!

The Brisingr Mod adds a bunch of stuff from the wonderful, fictional world of Alagaesia from Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Cycle (if you haven't read it, go read it and come back!) The mod currently features a variety of weapons, materials and ores from Alagaesia. Hope you enjoy :D

WARNING: SCREENSHOTS ARE OUTDATED

Current Features:

Elves: 100 hearts of health and drop Golden Apples, with a rare drop of diamonds. Spawn in Du Weldenvarden.

Du Weldenvarden: Home of the Elves. As of the moment, only contains one type of tree, but more shall be added in the next update. In future will have the Menoa Tree and possibly Elven cities.

Materials
Ruby & Sapphire: Dropped from their respective ores....naturally.
Reinforced Steel: Made from smelting iron ingots. Used in various weapons.

Brisingr: Four Sapphires, Two Brightsteel, Brisingr's Hilt
Zar'roc: Four Rubies, Two Brightsteel, Zar'roc's Hilt
Albitr: Four Iron Blocks, Two Brightsteel, Albitr's Hilt
Naegling: Four Gold Blocks, Two Brightsteel, Naegling's Hilt
Tamerlein: Four Emeralds, Two Brightsteel, Tamerlein's Hilt
Huthvir: Two of Huthvir's Blades, One of Huthvir's Staff
Roran's Hammer: Six Reinforced Steel, One stick
Brisingr's Hilt: Four Reinforced Steel, Three Sapphires
Zar'roc's Hilt: Four Reinforced Steel, Three Rubies
Albitr's Hilt: Four Reinforced Steel, Three Iron Blocks
Naegling's Hilt: Four Reinforced Steel, Three Gold Blocks
Tamberlein's Hilt: Two Reinforced Steel, Three Emeralds, Two Sapphires
Sapphire & Ruby tools: Same as vanilla, only with Sapphires or Rubies.
Ores
Brightsteel Ore: This rare ore can be smelted down into Brightsteel, which can then be made into the swords of the Riders.

Hey, You should add Twinkledeath, Angela's sword. And you should add the Elven Bow that Islanzadi gave to Eragon in Eldest. And finally, Aren, the ring, and the belt of Beloth the Wise. Thanks for your time in reading this, and please consider. Thanks!

Sorry, I've been really busy finishing up school and getting ready for university, so I haven't been able to work on the mod. I assure you, I've been planning on adding Aren and the Belt of Beloth the Wise, I just haven't had the time to carry out my plans. Also, Tinkledeath is already in the mod (it's proper name is Albitr). As for the bow, that's a great idea and I'll definitely add it when I get the chance.

I try to use the mod and minecraft just crashes.Can you make it work with other mods and still make it 1.6.4? I would be extremely thankful.Also, what is Huthvir?I've read the entire Inheritance Cycle but I don't know what it is.

Sorry, I don't really have the time to work on the mod due to school, but I'll update it with a config file as soon as possible. 
To answer your other question, Huthvir is the name of the sword-staff that Angela uses (the one she got from Durgmist Quan).

Albitr isn't a Rider's sword. It's basically a diamond sword. Also, what about Islingr/Vrangr?
Brightsteel is a meteoric ore, make it spawn on the surface.
Also, don't just add specific weapons. Like, Roran's hammer should just be a warhammer.
Add Volund, as a rare find in dungeons.
A Huthvir should be twice as fast as a regural sword, because it has two blades. Also, make it like an iron sword.

Woah, slow down there. first of all, I never said that Albitr is a Rider's sword. I have a lot of things I plan to add in the future, pretty much all you have said i've already thought about. At the moment I'm simply too busy and too inexperienced to add everything that I want to add.

This is a very nice mod, but I would very much like to see the swords as swords not as items that do more afflictive damage.

The elves are still a bit buggy. I need to sort some stuff out and in the next update they'll just be neutral
