This is the Mod Server Setup for Windows. It allows you to make a server that can have any mod you want. Any mod you add, you must add it into your single player client to be able to play on the server. Hosting and other PAN instructions are not up to me, search them up on YouTube or Google.

THIS IS A VANILLA MINECRAFT SERVER! NOT BUKKIT!

This is just ForgeMinecraft but into a minecraft server jar...you do know its illegal to distribute the minecraft_server.jar don't you?

No, you'll need EVERYONE on the server to have the mods, otherwise they'll crash their minecraft if you place or hold a mod.

I read somewhere that Mojang have (or will) modified the server launcher so that it can use single player mods, and that when someone joins the server the launcher automatically downloads the mods that the host is using...
