Coordinate map image coordinates, getting rid of occasional map judder when moving.
Improved biome label placement algorithm to try to keep labels in their biome, even if the biome circumscribes a concave shape.
Moved biome label calculation off the main thread.
Fixed potential blocking issue between map calculation thread and main thread.
Better support for custom biome shading, particularly swamps.
Biome shading and CTM support now handles blocks and biomes identified by name instead of just ID.
Fix for transparent texture displaying over leaves causing too bright pixel.

added waypoint sort by color. It's sort by hue really, so doesn't take into account light vs dark. There's no way to organize the full color spectrum in a one dimensional list. If you look at the color picture image, it's obvious you can't really even do it in 2 dimensions. So sort by hue. Because there was room for one more sort option, and I included it in the internationalization files :D
Also redid MCPatcher / Optifine loading of CTM and custom biome shading to allow for blocks that are both CTM and custom shaded (had been one or the other before)

- Sort waypoints by name, distance or date created (ascending or descending)
- Fix for cards that supported FBOs but not OpenGL1.4 (possible fix for white minimap on some cards)
- more robust handling of non standard mob skin sizes. Improperly sized
skin, if it causes an error, will mean that one icon isn't loaded, where
before it meant none were loaded

new stencil mode for AMD cards (doesn't work on nVidia, those will continue to use FBO unless they are super old - then stencilling is done in java 2d). This may be a fix for people who get a blank map image, but I don't know for sure because not a single one of them has been able to tell me what graphics card they are using.
Moving away from static integers for particular block types that are handled specially, in preparation for Searge's quest to make sure IDs aren't necessarily the same between worlds / servers

Functions with Better PVP (map now explicitly enables GL_ALPHA_TEST in case something else - like better PVP - has disabled it)
Some cleanup of FBO handling. Might work better with shaders, though I still have no issue with them here (and I did in 1.6.4)

also randomobs now works for automatically created icons (for mobs added by mods). Even without randomobs installed, this allows display of mobs that use the same model but have a different skin (like Twilight Forest tiny birds, or Mo Creatures' various bears)
Bit experimental, please let me know if something breaks.
