I wanted to build something a little different this time, so I decided to build the tallest building in Iowa: 801 Grand. This building is 45 stories tall with restaurants and office space. The building is owned and is the headquarters of Principal Financial Group with most of the building being occupied by office space. The building is made of marble with a copper roof.
