I like the upside-down buildings, that's clever.

I came up with a name, but it was planned for another style of city. Possibly a bright, floating city with a massive center monument, all built in the End. (If you're inspired by this idea, go ahead and use it.) ;)

Lateo - to lie hidden
sachi - japanese for "wish"
So it means "The Hidden Wish"
