Make the surface 1 block above Bedrock if ya are gonna do it

Hey smink! why should i make it above bedrock? i can't place the spawn there and when you respawn you can't go down (without single player commands)

No what i mean is make the surface layer 1 above bedrock so then the height limit of this you build is doubled -1
