NOW UPDATED FOR UPDATE AQUATIC - 1.13!
I was looking around PMC the other day to try and find a good floating island project that I could edit a little bit and mess around with. There was only one problem with what I was doing, I couldn't find a SINGLE blank slate island that I could start building on. That problem is absolved with this build. The island is absolutely flat on top and is populated with mobs, grass, and ores underneath. You can (if you want) also edit the surface layer of the island in world painter to add a little depth to it to tailor to your build. Terms of using this build are as follows:
