The image is of the saloon that was intended to be an option for airlines, the aircraft was a double decker, if you see how they were planning to accommodate everything, if not you would been seated next to the wing, literally people could enter the wing, the wing was intended to be accessible from the fuselage, so in case of an inflight engine malfunction, it could be repaired, and the pointy nose is of the pitot tube it had at the front, is true the prototype had no interiors, but on internet you can find how the interior was going to be, personally I accept that is not my best aircraft but I did what could with the little information out there, that is why the cockpit is not the real one.
